The 2026 IGSSA Swimming Carnival, held on Tuesday 10 March, delivered a fantastic morning of competition, teamwork, and outstanding performances in the pool.
Schools from across the IGSSA competition came together for a fast-paced and exciting program of events, with swimmers pushing themselves and cheering on their teammates throughout the morning.

One of the highlights of the day came in the 50m Freestyle, where Saoirse Hannify produced a brilliant swim to record the fastest time of the carnival, touching the wall in 27.58 seconds.
Congratulations to all swimmers who competed and to the supporters who helped create such a great atmosphere. It was a terrific morning of school sport and a great showcase of talent across the IGSSA competition.
